I Ignited

I IGNITED

I Ignited last night. After what seems like months of sometimes casual and sometimes intense preparation, it is over. It was an awesome evening of great speakers on interesting and varied topics including one young woman who is still in high school. I ended my talk on the topic – How to Build a Better Brain- saying that the answer to that question is quite simple. Challenge it in appropriate and engaging ways. I certainly did that last night as something of an introvert for whom public speaking is not exactly my comfort zone.

The talks were filmed last night and I hope they will be available on YouTube. I intend to figure out if I can post mine as a blog entry.
